• Phone calls: Answered immediately during business hours (8am-6pm weekdays, 9am-2pm Saturdays). After hours calls are returned the next business day.
• Email inquiries: Most emails receive a response within 4 business hours, with all emails answered within 24 hours.
• Contact form submissions: Processed within 1 business day with initial response.
• Technical support requests: Urgent issues (system failures) receive response within 2 hours, non-urgent within 24 hours.

During peak seasons (April-June), response times may be slightly longer. If you haven't heard back within these timeframes, please check your spam folder or call our customer service line to ensure we received your message.

Having the right information prepared will help us serve you more efficiently. Here's what to have ready based on your inquiry type:

For new system inquiries:

• Property address and size
• Basic description of your landscape (lawn, garden beds, etc.)
• Water source information (municipal, well, etc.)
• Any special requirements (rainwater harvesting, etc.)
• Your availability for a consultation

For existing customers with system issues:

• Your customer ID (found on invoices or your user portal)
• System installation date

Yes! While our headquarters is in Portland, we serve communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our current service areas include:

Oregon:

• Portland Metro Area (including Vancouver, WA)
• Willamette Valley (Salem, Eugene, Corvallis)
• Hood River
• Bend/Redmond
• Coastal areas (Astoria to Lincoln City)

Washington:

• Vancouver/Camas/Washougal
• Longview/Kelso
• Olympia area (limited availability)

For locations outside these areas, we may still be able to help with design consultation or referrals to qualified professionals in your area. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 50 miles from our Portland office. Contact us with your specific location and we'll let you know about service availability.

Our standard business hours are:

Emergency service is available 24/7 for existing customers with active maintenance plans.
